INTRODUCTION TO "TERRORISM ACT"

Although the WEO stood as a shout to introduce new ways at looking at situations in society, the Advocation have always been against the increasingly oppressive laws against what the State coin "Terrorism". Terrorism can be defined (as Che Guevara put it), as being a tactic in guerrilla struggle which is indiscriminate, therefore endangering the lives of people who may potentially support the cause. And however this tactic may be used by various factions of struggle, it is an always easy excuse for governments to put more and more oppression upon minorities and increase the oppression of the State, whilst doing so.
