INTRODUCTION TO "FIRST DECLARATION"

THE ESSAYS FROM THIS POINT ON DIGRESS FROM BEING DISCUSSED IN THE CONTEXT OF BEING A HISTORY OF THE ADVOCATION. THEY DO, HOWEVER, STAND IN EXACTLY THE SAME MANNER, AS INTRODUCTORY STATEMENTS TO THE PUBLISHED ESSAYS OF THE ADVOCATION.

The First International Declaration of Peace was issued before New Years Eve 2000. It had been thought, by both the State and the active political left, that a feared breakdown of computer technology that was believed would strike on that date, would have been a calling point for political disturbance. The 'First Declaration' was a discussion of this, delivered in thousands upon thousands of copies internationally, to say, effectively, that if there were to be no mass riots, then this in itself could be even more productive for the scene. The First Declaration was issued on A4 purple paper - and stands as the first "Mega - Sheet".
